What you’ll be doing

Headhunting and recruiting high‑performing sales professionals (BDRs/SDRs through BDMs, Sales Leaders, and specialist GTM roles) across Staffing, IT Consulting, and HR Tech

Owning the end‑to‑end recruitment process: sourcing, outreach, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, feedback, offer management, and close

Building trusted relationships with candidates and clients — we believe recruitment is about people, not just placements

Working remote‑first with real flexibility and autonomy (no micromanagement — just strong support, tools, and clear expectations)

(Optional / a plus) Supporting full‑desk / 360 recruiting: client development, account management, and expanding existing accounts

What we’re looking for (non‑negotiables)

Agency recruitment experience — required (this is non‑negotiable)

3+ years recruiting experience, including placing sales talent

Confident sourcing and outreach skills (LinkedIn, referrals, market mapping, creative headhunting)

Strong attention to detail — you’re organised, accurate, and you follow through

Self‑motivated and proactive: you take ownership, not instructions

Professional, high‑trust communication with candidates and clients

Nice to have

Full‑desk / 360 experience

Experience recruiting into staffing agencies, workforce providers, IT consulting firms, or HR tech
