Nesco Resource is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a well-established manufacturing company in Elmira, NY. This temporary opportunity is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who is comfortable handling confidential information, maintaining accurate records, and supporting a busy office environment.
Organize, maintain, and retain confidential employee documents and records
Enter and update information in company systems and spreadsheets
Prepare correspondence, reports, forms, and other business documents
Assist with new-hire paperwork and administrative onboarding tasks
Provide general administrative support to the office and management team
Follow company confidentiality, HIPAA, and document-retention procedures
Assist with additional clerical and compliance-related projects as needed
Previous administrative, clerical, records-management, healthcare-office, compliance, payroll, or similar experience
Experience with document retention, file maintenance, or records compliance
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Consistent Monday-Friday daytime schedule
No evenings or weekends
Professional office environment
