TravelNurseSource is working with United Health Care Staffing, Inc. to find a qualified Transplant RN in Los Angeles, California, 90230!
Project management needed for oversight of kidney transplant process optimization.
5 years of transplant coordinator experience is a must.
Duties include:

• Process and workflow documentation
• Policy and procedure writing
• Review of workflows for optimization opportunities
• Implementation and training on new/revised workflows

Requirements
~- California RN license - Transplant coordinator experience required - Kidney transplant experience strongly preferred - Nurse manager experience strongly preferred - Experience writing policies and procedures, mapping workflows and processes required - Transplant quality or performance improvement experience strongly preferred
