Overnight Valet Parking

SUMMARY Efficiently park event customer cars in a quick, safe and courteous manner. Provide directional support to parking patrons prior to, during and subsequent to an event exit.

Efficiently and safely direct traffic within Gillette Stadium parking lots while delivering excellent customer service.

• Provide customer service by being familiar with Gillette Stadium parking lots and operations, courteously assisting customers by answering any questions they may have.
• Enforce tailgating and general parking policies with customers
• Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Lot Supervisor and/or Area Supervisor
• Communicate debris, water, oil spills and etc. Special projects and assignments as business dictates.

High School education or one month related experience, training or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to effectively communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers

Ability to direct traffic using equipment provided
