Baker / Production Crew M

We are looking for a Baker/Finisher that can come in to work at 3am and has a passion for providing excellent baked goods and a great guest experience. They will be responsible for baking and finishing the Company's baked good items, including donuts, bagels, croissants, etc. They will be expected to execute proper pre-bake, baking, and post-bake procedures in a timely fashion to produce consistent, high-quality finished baked products to guests. Baker/Finishers ensure Brand production standards and systems are executed on their shift and transition to crew position when production levels are complete for day.

The Baker/Finisher strives to maintain a consistently high level of product quality, an exceptionally clean work environment, and optimum output with minimum waste. They must be able to multi-task, adhere to product recipes/specifications, and have a strong work ethic, and demonstrate a commitment to company product, service, and food safety standards.
