This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Houston, TX. The Real Estate Agent will guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process, including conducting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, and coordinating inspections, appraisals, and closings. The agent will collaborate with team members on marketing strategies, manage listings on MLS and online platforms, and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with local and state regulations. The role also involves representing The Bridge Group's commitment to client-centric service, attending team meetings and trainings, and actively engaging in local networking to grow business.

Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Estate practices and regulations.

Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and delivering responsive communication.

Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, with the ability to meet or exceed performance targets.

Candidates should possess understanding of Real Property concepts, contracts, and local market trends.

Ability to work on-site, manage multiple transactions simultaneously, and maintain accurate records and documentation.

Familiarity with MLS systems, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms is highly beneficial.

Prior experience in residential real estate in the Greater Houston area or similar markets is a plus.
