Our therapists are encouraged to think beyond diagnoses and identify the underlying factors influencing occupational performance through comprehensive assessment and collaborative treatment planning.

*As an Occupational Therapist at ATWC, you will:

Evaluate infants and children with challenges related to:

• visual motor integration
• Collaborate with families to develop meaningful functional goals that improve participation in home, school, play, and community environments.

Collaborate daily with Speech-Language Pathologists and outside providers to deliver comprehensive care.

Participate in program development and contribute ideas that improve patient outcomes and clinic growth.

Take and complete courses/trainings/certifications required to obtain necessary skills and competencies to compliment the holistic approach of the clinic (all paid for by the company).

Maintain timely, high-quality documentation.

*Advanced Clinical Training *

Company-sponsored mentorship and continuing education include advanced training opportunities in areas such as:

• Bodywork and Craniosacral Fascial Therapy
• Infant Massage
• Parent Coaching

* The ideal therapist is someone who:

Demonstrates strong clinical reasoning and enjoys solving complex developmental challenges.

Loves working with infants and children.

Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy

• Current Illinois Occupational Therapy License
• Experience working with children in an outpatient pediatric setting
• Bodywork training

No experience in these specialty areas? We provide mentorship and company-funded continuing education for therapists who are eager to learn.
