Barista
We're looking for a Barista to join our team behind the Blossom Bar at Rosewood Mini Market. Someone who makes great coffee, brings energy to the bar, and helps create a great experience for every guest.
What You'll Do:
Craft espresso drinks and coffee to Rosewood standards
Provide friendly, attentive customer service
Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized during shifts
Follow recipes and quality standards consistently
Step in wherever the shift needs you
What We're Looking For:
Barista experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
Friendly, positive attitude that sets the tone for guests
Calm and organized under pressure during rushes
Dependable and punctual
Team player who takes pride in the details
