Client / Customer Care Rep

WS Audiology USA

WS Audiology USA is seeking a Client Experience Specialist to ensure our clients receive timely, friendly service and a well-organized appointment schedule. You will handle walk-in and scheduled visits, perform basic hearing care tasks, and support with HearUSA products and promotions.
Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, experience in customer service and office administration, and strong communication across teams.
