The Client Advocate is responsible for assisting clients’ employees with benefit plan questions and/or help with issue resolution. The CA serves as the direct point of contact for these employees and handles incoming phone calls and emails as needed. They will work under the direction of the Account Manager and collaboratively as part of an internal team.
Reviewing and resolving claims
Completing annual employee survey reports
Urgent Enrollments / Access to Care
Late Enrollments inclusive of Advocate asking for and receiving sign-off & approval from Client
ID cards (if online access available)
Proficiency with computer programs, specifically Microsoft Office and Excel
Ability to be flexible and adapt easily to change and a fast-paced environment
Education, Training and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree, required
In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
