Pay Rate: $52.26 per hour

What You'll Do
Provide advanced critical care to adult surgical and medical ICU patients, including cardiac and neuro conditions
Manage ventilators, assist with intubations/extubations, and monitor vasoactive drips
Administer IV medications, manage CVLs, art lines, and EVD drains
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge RNs, CNAs, RTs, and hospitalists
Document patient care using Meditech Expanse EMR
Support patient recovery during high-acuity shifts following established clinical protocols
Float to PCU or MedSurg units as needed, maintaining flexibility in coverage
What You Need
Required:

• RN license in Louisiana
• 2+ years ICU experience in adult units
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Experience with stroke, ventilator management, invasive lines, and critically ill patient care
• Ability to pass an EKG competency exam before arrival

Preferred:
Experience with neuro, cardiac, or trauma ICU patients
Ability to work independently and in team settings
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
