Full Time In Home Direct Support Professional

Rudolph Community & Care is a private person-centered organization providing adult foster care to vulnerable adults. At Rudolph Community and Care, we proudly embrace the term Crisis Interventionist due to the specialized nature of our work and the individuals we serve. As a Direct Support Professional (Crisis Interventionist), you will provide hands-on, person-centered support to individuals with varying degrees of mental illness and/or developmental disabilities. Additionally, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop and hone the skills necessary to excel in this role.
Candidates should have at least three years of direct care experience . Experience working in crisis homes, behavioral support programs, mental health settings, or similar high-needs environments is strongly preferred.
Provides direct care to person-served
Participates in activities and social experiences within the community with individuals
Support personal hygiene and grooming, including bathing and toileting
Tenure-based retention bonuses starting at $1,000 every 3 months for full-time employees
- $1,000 referral bonus for employee referrals
- Retention and referral bonuses are subject to program requirements and active employment at the time of payout.
