PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies seeks a Human Resource Manager to lead HR operations in our precision manufacturing facility in Salem, OR. This role manages employee relations, recruitment, performance management, safety-focused policies, and compliance. You will partner with plant leadership to support workforce planning, talent development, and engagement in a 24/7 production environment. The HR Manager champions a culture of craftsmanship, accountability, and continuous improvement while administering benefits, overseeing training programs, and ensuring alignment with company values and regulatory requirements.
