Insight Global is looking for a Title Clerk who can manage the full opening, setup, and preliminary processing of real estate title orders. This role is 100% onsite 5 days a week 8-5pm. This person will enter new orders into the title software, gather deeds, tax information, and public courthouse records, and organize all documents needed to prepare a title commitment. They will communicate with realtors, lenders, buyers, and sellers to request missing information, provide updates, and ensure files stay accurate and on track. After closing, they will collect final documents, follow recording guidelines, and manage returned recordings. This role also supports construction disbursements, reviewing invoices from builders and coordinating with banks to release funds for residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate is detail‐oriented, organized, and comfortable learning new processes—experience is welcome but not required, and full training will be provided.

Required Skills & Experience

• Initiative to learn new things and grow in the real estate and title industry
• Has the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Someone who has worked in an office setting
