Regency Park (assisted living, memory care) provides care for residents and their families from all over the Portland Metro and Pacific Northwest Region.
As a Caregiver we're looking for you to build meaningful relationships with our residents by getting to know their personalities and preferences. On a daily basis you'll be relied upon to assist seniors with life skills, maintain and develop personal care plans and recommend level-of-care adjustments.
What Cascade Living and Regency Park look for in a Caregiver:

Previous experience working with seniors in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care preferred
Positive attitude and the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents
Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
What you can expect to do as a Caregiver for Regency Park:
Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff
Assist residents in life skills and other life enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile
Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences and preferred routines
Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident's day
Work with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

Tuesday - Saturday (Day Shift)
Sunday - Thursday (Swing Shift)
Weekend Availability Required
