Seasonal Registered Nurse, Nursing

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years Stepdown RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing

Minimum one year of recent experience in Stepdown or PCU settings

Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills

Comfortable managing patients transitioning from acute to lower acuity care

Familiarity with electronic health records and relevant documentation processes

Key Responsibilities

Deliver dedicated nursing care, including monitoring vital signs and promptly responding to changes in patient condition

Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to create and implement patient care plans

Effectively administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and evidence-based practices

Provide ongoing patient and family education on recovery and post-discharge care

Accurately document assessments, interventions, and care outcomes

Maintain a safe and supportive environment through diligent infection control and quality assurance procedures

$1,895 - $2,074/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
