We are speaking with Licensed Practical Nurses in Mankato, Minnesota, and the surrounding 10‑mile area who are open to learning about future opportunities. This is NOT an immediate opening – we are building a pre‑screened candidate pool so we can match you to the right role when our partner facilities have needs.

Active Kentucky or Indiana LPN license

Experience in any of: long‑term care, skilled nursing, outpatient clinics, home health, hospital float pool

Open to full‑time, part‑time, PRN, or direct‑hire

Nurse‑led screening. We’re nurses too – we know what good LPN work looks like.

LPN engagements typically pay $22 – $30 per hour, varying by setting, shift, and experience.
