Locations:  Lawrenceville (2-3 days), Oakwood (1 day), Conyers (1 day/ week), Cumming (1day every two weeks)

Job Description:

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pain Management Physician (Anesthesiology, PM&R, or related specialty) to join our growing, multidisciplinary orthopedic and spine practice in Georgia. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team of specialists in a collaborative and patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform interventional procedures such as epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, radiofrequency ablations, and other spine/pain interventions

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans

• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and spine specialists on patient care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with compliance standards

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Pain Medicine

• Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management is highly preferred

• Valid and unrestricted Georgia medical license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Experience in spine and orthopedic-related pain procedures

• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
