Como cuidador(a) de atención en el hogar, brindarás servicios esenciales para ayudar a personas mayores y personas con discapacidades a vivir de manera independiente en sus propios hogares.
Estos servicios pueden incluir:
Cuidado personal, como baño, vestimenta y arreglo personal
Asistencia con actividades de la vida diaria, como preparación de alimentos y limpieza ligera
Participación en actividades recreativas/sociales
Recordatorios de medicamentos
Compañía y apoyo emocional
Monitorear y reportar la salud y seguridad del cliente, observar y documentar el comportamiento del cliente
Acompañar a los clientes a sus citas y ayudar a coordinarlas
Requisitos:
Diploma de secundaria o equivalente
Tener 18 años o más
Calificaciones del cuidador:
Aceptamos cuidadores con cualquiera de las siguientes credenciales o cualificaciones:
Asistente de Enfermería Certificado (CNA)
Asistente de Salud en el Hogar (HHA)
Asistente de Cuidado Personal (PCA)
Cuidadores motivados
Información adicional y requisitos:
Se prefiere 6+ meses de experiencia en un centro de salud o cuidado en el hogar
Debe poder pasar verificación de antecedentes y prueba de drogas
Conocimiento de procedimientos de CNA o disposición para ser capacitado
Disposición para marcar entrada y salida usando sistemas electrónicos
Credenciales requeridas:
Certificación de CPR
Certificación de Primeros Auxilios
TB/PPD
Licencia de conducir válida
Seguro de auto válido
