Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional HVAC service and diagnostics to residential customers.
* Accurately diagnose and repair HVAC system issues.
* Present and sell solutions to customers, focusing on their needs and building trust.
* Maintain healthy service ticket averages and generate quality system flips.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships, earning repeat business and referrals.
* Mentor and train junior technicians as the team grows.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of proven experience as an HVAC Service & Diagnostic Technician.
* Expert-level diagnostic and repair skills for all major HVAC brands and systems.
* Proven sales track record with a customer-centric approach.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
* Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a drive to exceed expectations.
* EPA certification.
* Clean driving record.
* Ability to pass a background check.
