* Perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems, including inspections, tune-ups, and cleaning.
* Identify and report potential issues to customers, explaining recommended solutions clearly and honestly.
* Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities. * Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly, professional, and reliable service.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations. Qualifications:
* At least 1 year of experience as an HVAC Maintenance Technician.
* Knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
* Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* EPA certification (preferred).
* Clean driving record.
