Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN to join their Emergency Department in Milledgeville, GA. This is a travel assignment, ideal for RNs who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. The role involves working in a non-trauma, 22-bed unit, with an average census of 85 patients daily.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Emergency Department

• Provide care for patients with common ED diagnoses such as chest pain, strokes, diabetes, and more
• Manage drips including Heparin, Insulin, and Dopamine
• Perform phlebotomy and IV starts
• Utilize EMR systems like EPIC
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Hospitalists and Intensivists

Requirements of the RN - Emergency Department

• Active GA RN License
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• PALS and TNCC preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an ED RN
• Experience with technology such as Alaris IV pumps and Omnicell
