Position Details Facility: BayCare ER (Lakeland) Location: Lakeland, FL Shift: 11:00 pm - 7:30AM Schedule: Part Time- every other weekend On Call: No As a Foor Care Technician Maintain a Clean & Safe Environment Perform detailed floor care and specialized cleaning in patient and non-patient areas. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with hospital standards, safety guidelines, and infection prevention protocols. Support Daily Operations Respond promptly to spills and environmental service needs. Move and set up furniture for patient care areas, meetings, and special events. Care for Equipment & Supplies Maintain cleaning equipment, furniture, and supplies to ensure operational readiness. Help support cost-effective operations through proper use and care of resources. Make a Difference Every Day Contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and team members. Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.
