Now Hiring: Full-Time Guest Service Agent at the Holiday Inn Express, East Peoria!Seeking dependable, friendly individuals with strong customer service skills to join our team. Full-time positions available1st and 2nd shift openingsFriendly and dependable applicants encouraged to apply Who We Are:Frontier Hospitality Group has been locally owned since 1950. We operate eight hotels across three fantastic brands and our growth keeps climbing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provides high-quality customer service. Handles guest reservations.Answers and transfers phone calls.Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc. Other duties as required with the department.Qualifications and Requirements:Previous hotel or relevant customer service experienceProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookAbility to work weekends EOE/AA/Disabled Veteran.
