Owning Babylist's most complex technical roles, the full-time Principal Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for senior, staff, and director-level engineers, principal product managers, and emerging AI/Builder profiles while partnering closely with engineering and product leadership in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Drive the recruitment process for complex technical roles, ensuring alignment with company culture and strategic goals Build and maintain hiring intelligence infrastructure, including pipeline health dashboards and funnel analysis tools Design and implement team capability programs to enhance the quality of the technical recruiting function Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting without dedicated sourcing support Proven ability to navigate complex offer situations and counter-offer negotiations Strong technical fluency to assess engineering impact and differentiate between top talent and subject matter experts Experience mentoring and developing recruiting teams through operational improvements and training programs Demonstrated curiosity about market trends and candidate fit within company culture
