Registered Nurse – Long Length of Stay / Acute Med-Surg on a 22-bed unit in Olympia, Washington. This travel assignment begins 09/09/2026 for a multi-week tenure on a hospital unit serving adults and geriatrics with dementia/autism and acute medical needs. Shift is 3x12 days with EPIC charting and a team-based care approach. Weekly pay ranges from $2,071 to $2,220. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Orientation includes 12 hours plus pre-start modules. Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care for adults and geriatrics on a mixed Long Length of Stay and acute medical unit with dementia/autism considerations, including heavy care needs and cognitive/behavioral management.
- Administer medications, manage IV therapy, wound care (including VAC), feeding tube care, and colostomy/ileostomy care as appropriate; monitor and respond to patient changes in condition.
- Perform activities of daily living support, mobility assistance, and use mobility equipment and lifts for patient safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (PT, Pharmacy, Social Services, Radiology) and participate in rounds; coordinate with discharge planning as needed.
- Chart accurately in EPIC; document assessments, interventions, and patient responses; respond to rapid responses as part of the care team.
- Floating: regularly float to like Med-Surg units within the scope of practice; not required to float mid-shift. On-call not required.

Requirements
- Licenses and certifications: Active RN license in Washington; pending licenses not accepted.
- Certifications: BLS required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of RN experience; LTAC experience preferred but not required.
- Charting: EPIC experience required.
- Education: Completion of an approved RN program (as required for WA licensure).
- Other: Ability to work in a hospital setting; willingness to float to related Med-Surg units; successful completion of orientation and pre-start modules.
