This role serves as a senior clinical leader responsible foroverseeing nursing practice, staff performance, and operational outcomes withina patient care unit, while aligning with broader organizational goals. TheNurse Service Supervisor 2 manages staffing, workflow, quality improvement, andregulatory compliance, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient caredelivery. Operating with significant autonomy, the position supervises anddevelops staff, drives performance metrics, and leads initiatives to improvepatient outcomes, satisfaction, and clinical processes. Additionally, the roleintegrates evidence-based practice, data analysis, and education by mentoringstaff, supporting research and innovation, and serving as an expert clinicalresource across the care team.

Salary Range: $128,500.00 - $298,100.00 Annually

• BSN - required
• Current California RN license - required
• ACLS, BLLS and PALS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association - required
• At least 5 years of recent acute care experience - required
• At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience (charge nurse, supervisor, manager, etc.) - preferred
• Master's Degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, MOL, MSN) - preferred
• Nursing Professional Leadership Certification (ie: NEA-BC, NE-BC, CNL, CNML) - obtained within 12 months of hire
• Knowledge to manage disaster incidents, sentinel events and ability to problem solve with Critical Thinking Skills
• Official Transcripts and/or original diploma from a registered nursing program must be provided upon hire
