Production Artist

The primary purpose of the Production Artist role is to support the creative and design needs of the organization across various projects from packaging, internal initiatives, digital assets, etc. The role is one that requires collaboration with creative teams to support a campaign and execute a creative design across various touch points needed to support the larger rollout.

Duties & Responsibilities:

A creative thinker - ability to collaborate, brainstorm and strategize across a range of projects, such as:

• Supporting Creative Design Agency throughout packaging design with asset needs

• Taking completed campaign assets and creating additional assets needed to support the larger campaign rollout.

• Creating cover art from approved creative assets

• Proofread text and check final images; an eye for the smallest of details

• Design lead on internal initiatives such as holiday cards, organization invites, concept boards, etc

• Work independently as well as cross-functionally with the Creative team providing secondary support for videos, merchandise and digital needs (i.e. emails)

• Maintain organized creative files and assets

Job Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).

• A degree in Graphic Design or equivalent commercial experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across the organization

• Willingness to work across the team and support where needed

• Through ongoing communication, prioritize initiatives to meet deadlines and identify resources if needed to meet the project’s objective

• Strong time management skills
