Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Lead Case Management Supervisor to oversee a team of approximately 15 employees supporting individuals in community-based health and human services programs. This role is responsible for staff leadership, performance management, quality oversight, and ensuring clients receive effective support and resource coordination.Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15 case management/community-based staff.Monitor performance, productivity, documentation, and compliance.Provide guidance on complex client cases and service delivery.Partner with community organizations and internal stakeholders to support positive client outcomes.Ensure staff maintain accurate records and provide high-quality client support.Requirements:Previous management or supervisory experience required.Experience in case management, social work, community outreach, community health, benefits navigation, human services, or rehabilitation services.Experience supporting individuals with disabilities, behavioral health challenges, substance use disorders, or other underserved populations.Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Experience with Microsoft Office, databases, and electronic documentation systems.Pay is negotiable**Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Lansing, MI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
