Direct Support Professional

Residential Facility Manager
The Residential Facility Manager is responsible for coordination of service partners, data tracking, reporting, facility upkeep, and supply/inventory management of a residential facility.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (human services or health care preferred)
- Minimum one year related experience required
- Pediatric and adolescent experience preferred for facilities with that age range
- Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
