We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a collaborative rehabilitation team in Casa Grande, Arizona . We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a collaborative rehabilitation team in Casa Grande, Arizona . In this role, you will support licensed Physical Therapists by carrying out treatment programs designed to improve patient mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in carrying out individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Support patients through therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation activities.
- Prepare therapy areas, maintain equipment, and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately and promptly.
- Communicate updates and concerns to the supervising therapist and healthcare team.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuing education activities.
- Follow all regulatory standards including OSHA, Medicare, and internal clinical policies.
Education
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program or an equivalent internationally recognized program.
- Active or eligible Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Arizona.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Good organization and time management abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical documentation.
