Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a collaborative rehabilitation team in Casa Grande, Arizona . In this role, you will support licensed Physical Therapists by carrying out treatment programs designed to improve patient mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive healthcare environment focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Support patients through therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation activities.
• Prepare therapy areas, maintain equipment, and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately and promptly.
• Communicate updates and concerns to the supervising therapist and healthcare team.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuing education activities.
• Follow all regulatory standards including OSHA, Medicare, and internal clinical policies.

Qualifications
Education

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program or an equivalent internationally recognized program.

Licensure

• Active or eligible Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Arizona.

Skills & Abilities

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good organization and time management abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical documentation.
