Location: Casa Grande, AZ 85122 Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Setting: Outpatient Rehabilitation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled treatments according to the Physical Therapist's plan of care.
• Monitor and communicate patient progress to the supervising PT.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare professionals.
• Participate in team meetings, in-services, and continuing education.
• Maintain compliance with Medicare, OSHA, and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA program or equivalent.
• Current and valid Arizona PTA license/registration/certification.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team.
• Current CPR certification required.
