Radiologic Technologist Diagnostic and Procedural Tech - Pediatrics Location: Tacoma, WA 98402 FTE: 0.875 | Shift: Day | Schedule: 0700 - 1730 Th - Wed Position Summary In this role you will play a key role in patient care by performing diagnostic imaging and assisting with procedures. Work situations are a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgement, initiative, and ingenuity. You will work together with your team to ensure the most comprehensive and compassionate imaging care for MultiCare patients. Responsibilities Perform general radiography imaging studies under the supervision of department leadership of Imaging Services Operate imaging equipment for both diagnostic studies and supporting physicians during sterile procedures Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and/or child life specialists to deliver coordinated care Adhere to infection control, radiation safety, and contrast administration protocols Recognize and report patient needs to create a safe and comfortable patient care environment Participate in on‑call rotations to support 24/7 imaging services Requirements Graduate with an AA degree from accredited Imaging program or equivalent Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist required Minimum 1 year of experience preferred Certified Ragiologic Technologist with the State of Washington Department of Health BLS certification Benefits Up to $20,000 sign‑on bonus and up to $10,000 relocation assistance for eligible candidates (based on distance of move) Pediatric training provided – no prior pediatric experience required Flexible scheduling that supports work‑life balance Opportunities for cross‑training and dual modalities Competitive tuition assistance, award‑winning residencies, fellowships and career development to invest in you Generous PTO, Code Lavender and Employee Assistance Programs to help you maintain balance and feel cared in your work and life Paid time off and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental and retirement benefits Competitive pay range $42.29 – $66.64 USD Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off.
