Behavioral Health Crisis and Discharge Specialist (PRN)
Integrative Emergency Services Physician Group
JPS Health Network in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional (PRN) to provide assessments for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients, and to conduct crisis intervention and counseling in the Psychiatric Emergency Center. Duties include treatment planning, discharge planning coordination, and liaison with families and community agencies.
