Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care : Deliver physical therapy services that align with the established plan of care, collaborating closely with our interdisciplinary team.
• Treatment Administration : Adhere to the prescribed plan of care, administer treatments, monitor patient responses, and communicate any significant changes in condition to the Case Manager.
• Accurate Charting : Ensure timely and accurate online charting using Kinnser software on devices provided by the company.
• Supervision : Provide oversight and supervision to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as required
• Licensing : Must possess a valid Physical Therapist License to practice in California.
• Competitive Pay : $70.00 - $85.00 per hour
