HR Generalist

Responsibilities

Kforce's client, a growing organization is seeking an HR Generalist to support high-volume recruiting and day-to-day HR operations. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys a mix of recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration. The position will be on-site in Raynham, MA.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers
• Coordinate onboarding, new hire orientation, and HR documentation
• Maintain compliance (I-9, E-Verify, background checks)
• Track recruiting metrics and support workforce planning
• Process employee status changes and HRIS updates (ADP or similar)
• Partner on sourcing strategies (job fairs, social media, community outreach)
• Provide general HR and administrative support

Skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma/GED required
• 2-6 years of HR or recruiting experience (high-volume preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and HRIS systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
