Project Specialist

Project SpecialistCoordinate and administer project documentation, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and compliance records. Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and performance analysis. Serve as a key liaison between clients, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams. Manage invoicing, purchase orders, permits, and other project-related administrative processes. Expect a Monday-Friday schedule, working 40 hours per week. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with project managers, assistant project managers, and project coordinators.
