Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to high-risk labor and delivery patients with a 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratio.
• Assist in c-sections, inductions, and other labor-related procedures.
• Utilize Alaris pumps, PCA pumps, and Monica Novii telemetry effectively.
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR.
• Collaborate with attending OB Hospitalists and support the residency program.
• Participate in self-scheduling and teamwork for unit staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with minimum 1-year acute care hospital L&D experience.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM-C or AWHONN certifications required.
• Preferred experience in circulating c-sections and high-risk LDR.
• Proficiency in using CPN(GE) monitors and conducting AROM, IUPC, DFM procedures.
• Demonstrates compassion, patience, and solution-oriented patient care approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a strong leadership and supportive team.
