Sales Account Executive - Eurofins Built Environment - Florida

Job Description Eurofins Built Environment Testing is seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to cover Florida (North, Central, West and the Panhandle). In this role you will identify and manage client accounts and business opportunities for Eurofins Environment Testing America, including Advanced Technology, Federal Programs and Commercial Business Units. You will establish and maintain productive relationships with clients, provide sales plans and forecasts, review credit status of customers, monitor accounts receivable, develop pricing strategies and bid/no‑bid decisions, and report sales activity within the assigned region. Responsibilities Meet individual revenue goals and regional sales quotas. Establish and maintain productive client relationships. Ensure client awareness of Eurofins services to improve selling opportunities. Provide a sales plan forecast for the assigned region. Review credit status of new and existing customers before submitting bids. Monitor accounts receivable status and resolve collection issues. Develop and recommend pricing strategies and bid/no‑bid decisions, establish Master Service Agreements and provide budgetary information. Develop client profiles and assess potential and ability to fund work. Qualify, track and close leads to increase revenue. Report sales activity within the assigned area. Update customer databases to identify business opportunities. Implement account plans detailing specific clients, revenue goals and related objectives to attain regional quotas. Identify key target markets and major accounts and develop strategies to attain market position and maintain profitability. Negotiate and complete Master Service Agreements with customers to streamline processes. Collect and document information to establish pricing and evaluate Eurofins’ ability to meet customer requirements to achieve win/loss ratios, average discount percentages and profitability. Communicate customer needs and wants to Customer Service Managers and Project Managers to facilitate successful work completion. Complete sales development activity summaries as directed by the General Manager. Enter all business opportunities (bids, quotes, proposals, pricing inquiries) into the Eurofins database. Follow up on all outstanding bids, quotes, proposals and price inquiries to complete the sales cycle. Negotiate pricing and contractual issues with GM approval. Present Eurofins Environment Testing as a network of laboratories beyond geographic limits to improve operational efficiencies. Control expenses related to selling functions under Eurofins policy and with GM approval. Act as a sponsor for National Accounts as needed. Provide market condition feedback to facilitate development of new products and services. Maintain relationships with network facilities to sustain operational awareness of Eurofins’ ability to meet customer requirements. Provide information on win/lose ratios and future pricing strategies. Forecast information to Customer Service Managers to assist operational planning. Assist with the development of sales materials. Gather and communicate intelligence on competitors within the region. Identify and communicate opportunities for new products and services in the assigned region. Basic Minimum Qualifications (BMQ) BS/BA in Sciences or related field. Minimum 2–3 years progressively successful sales experience in a service industry; laboratory experience and exposure to the environmental industry preferred. Skills and Abilities Writing sales and account plans. Proficient computer skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong selling, interpersonal and analytical skills. Familiarity with lab functions and terminology. Planning and self‑directed work ability. Ability to work in an unstructured environment. Requirements Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship. Professional working proficiency in English; ability to read, write and speak in English. Compensation and Benefits Full‑time position, Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Salary range: minimum $70,000 per year base plus commission. Benefits include comprehensive medical coverage, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, paid time off, and dental and vision options. Bonus structures and higher base salaries may apply for candidates with specific sales experience in environmental testing, especially Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) testing.
