Salary Range: $55,000–$70,000 annually *based on experience and qualifications. Schedule: Monday: 10:00 AM 8:00 PMTuesday: 9:00 AM 7:00 PMWednesday: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM (Work From Home) Thursday: 10:00 AM 8:00 PM Responsibilities Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum. Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework. Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches. Monitor member progress and document outcomes. Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members. Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. An active behavioral health licensure in the state of Kentucky ncluding but not limited to: LCSW, LPP, LMHC, LPP, LPCC, LPCC-S, LPC, LCADC with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting. High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc. Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.
