Branch Operations Manager

Operations & Sales Manager | Northern Delaware A well-established organization is seeking an experienced Operations & Sales Manager for an opportunity in Northern Delaware. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can effectively lead a team, oversee daily operations, build strong customer relationships, and take ownership of the continued success of an established location. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is equally comfortable coaching employees, working directly with customers, solving operational challenges, and stepping in wherever needed to keep the business moving. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a local team Oversee day-to-day operations and promote accountability and consistency Support sales activities and customer relationships Coordinate orders, inventory, shipments, and logistics Maintain accurate information within the company’s ERP system Work closely with sales and company leadership Identify and resolve operational challenges Lead by example and provide hands-on support when needed Qualifications: Proven leadership experience in operations, distribution, industrial, construction-related, or a similar environment Sales and customer service experience Strong operational and problem-solving skills Experience working with ERP software Ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable Comfortable in an environment where team members wear multiple hats Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work with a high level of independence and ownership The successful candidate will be a visible, hands-on leader who understands that strong leadership means being willing to step in and support the team when needed.
