Job Title: Regional Operations Manager (Food & Beverage) Position Type: Full Time Opportunity Salary Range: $70,000 – $110,000 (USD) Contact: View email address on click.appcast.io Job Description: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Operations Manager with proven multi-unit leadership experience in the restaurant or food & beverage industry. This role is responsible for optimizing regional performance, strengthening operational structure, and developing high-performing teams across multiple locations. The ideal candidate excels at building systematic management processes and driving sustainable operational improvements in fast-paced, multicultural environments. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in company standards, brand identity, and operational procedures Establish and refine systematic management processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and quality assurance Lead regional performance initiatives by managing KPIs, budgets, and P&L results to drive profitability Build and develop high-performing teams through coaching, succession planning, and cross-functional collaboration Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred Minimum 3–5 years of regional or multi-unit management experience in restaurant, café, or F&B retail environments Demonstrated ability to implement standardized operational systems and drive performance improvement Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions About Us: Founded in 2009, IntelliPro is a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
