Thisrolebalances hands-on designwithcreativeideationand cross-functionalcollaboration.KeyResponsibilitiesArtdirectionforcampaignsandprojectsfromconceptthroughdeliveryacrossdigital, social,video,print,experiential, and OOH.Developvisualconcepts,moodboards, storyboards, and style framesthatalignwithbrandstrategyand messaging.Ensureconsistencyandqualityagainstbrand standards.Presentworkto stakeholders,articulaterationale, andincorporatefeedback.Quality-check designdeliverables,ensuringaccuracyinlayout,typography,colour, and productionspecs.Participateinpre-production, shoots, and post-productionreviews.Partnerwithcopywriters tocraftcohesivenarratives;collaboratewithmarketing,product, and UXteamstoaligncreativewithbusiness goals.Manage multipleprojectssimultaneously.Applyaccessibilityandinclusivitystandards invisualdesignacrossplatforms.Qualifications4-5 years of professional experience in art direction or visual design within an agency or in-house creative team.Spanish-speakingisa plusStrong portfolioshowcasingconcept-drivenwork,integratedcampaigns,and digital-first design.Strongknowledgeoftypography,layout, composition,colortheory, andvisualstorytelling.Comfortablepresentingto senior stakeholders anddefendingcreativedecisionswithdata and insight.Understandingof productionprocesses: digitalspecs,print/prepress, motion/videodeliverables.Familiaritywithaccessibilityguidelines (e.g.,colourcontrast,legibility) and best practices forvariousplatforms.We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
