- Lead concept development for major campaigns alongside a copy partner.
- Set art direction across photography, illustration, motion, packaging, and type.
- Brief, cast, and direct photographers, videographers, illustrators, and motion partners.
- Pitch concepts to senior leadership with clear rationale and storytelling.
- Coach designers and grow the craft of the team over time.
- Partner with the Head of Brand and Creative Strategist to translate strategy into work.
- 7 plus years of design or art direction experience, with a mix of agency and in-house brand work.
- A portfolio of integrated campaigns showing original concepts and high craft.
- Strong taste, with the ability to articulate why something works.
- Experience running on-set or remote production with external partners.
- Comfort presenting to executives and pushing back constructively.
