Job Description Assemble parts, components, or finished products according to work instructions. Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely. Read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, or blueprints when required. Inspect products for quality and identify defects before completion. Meet daily production and performance goals. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Follow all company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Report equipment problems or quality issues to supervisors.
