Product Manager

Job Summary
Our client, a leading retail & consumer goods provider, is seeking a Product Manager to join their team! This position is a 12 month contract position, located in Richfield, Minnesota.

Core Responsibilities

Perform backlog management
Manage Epic and User Story creation
Build business cases
Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data
Partake in inter-team communication
Manage external team communications and status reporting

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

Requirements gathering/creation
Storytelling: being able to explain the 'why' in the work we do
Project Management skills
Product Management experience
Data analysis
Experience using AI tools for productivity

Key Competencies & Behaviors

Internal and external communication skills
Ability to collect and analyze data

Location: Richfield, Minnesota

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $37.00 and $54.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
