Payrate: $64.00 - $65.00/hr.


Summary:
Join our Homepage Experience team to help shape and optimize new customer experiences on one of our most visible digital surfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, design, and machine learning, to deliver personalized homepage experiences that align with customer and business goals.


Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to bring new homepage experiences to market, from intake through design, implementation, and measurement.
• Balance personalized and business-driven content to deliver optimal page performance and outcomes, and clearly communicate the opportunity trade-off of business decisions.
• Partner with machine learning teams to improve model performance, uncover opportunities, and ensure objectives are met.
• Champion measurement standards and quality to support ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• Identifies high-value opportunities and drives clear prioritization aligned to customer and business goals.
• Proficiency with collaboration and project-tracking tools (e.g., Atlassian Confluence and Jira).
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with a track record of using data to drive optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including facilitating cross-functional meetings.
• Experience collaborating across design and engineering to deliver digital experiences (e.g., Figma through implementation).

Skills

• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and hands-on experience with AI tools.
• Understanding of personalization, experimentation, and performance measurement.
• Experience optimizing digital experiences for distinct customer segments.
• A strong customer focus and a commitment to quality.
• Comfort working with modern productivity and AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $64.00 - $65.00 /hour . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
