Business Analyst

Compensation: $50 - $65/hour, depending on experience Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business Analyst to join their team! This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support a major modernization initiative. You’ll help shape process improvements, translate business needs into clear requirements, and support testing efforts that move critical systems forward. This role offers long-term contract stability and the chance to make a meaningful impact on a high-visibility transformation project. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Document current and future state business processes. Gather requirements and create user stories. Write acceptance criteria and test cases. Support functional testing and UAT coordination. Partner with business and technical teams. Create workflow diagrams and process maps. Track defects and verify issue resolution. Support training and documentation efforts. Required Qualifications & Experience: 4+ years of business analysis or process documentation experience. Experience creating process diagrams and workflow documentation. Proven experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria. Experience writing test cases and test scripts. Hands-on functional testing experience. Familiarity with DevOps or similar tools. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience with Azure DevOps work items. Background in large-scale modernization projects. Experience supporting cloud-based application initiatives. Exposure to document management workflows.
