Business Analyst
Position Summary:
Rattan Consulting is looking for a full-time Business Analyst (BA) with experience in technical projects. The position will be responsible for the analysis of a variety of technical services and support for management information systems.
Position Responsibilities and Duties
- Identify business needs and determine solutions
- Develop documentation and materials
- Organize the requirements development process
- Prioritize requirements for implementation and manage changes
- Perform requirements elicitations to collect requirements for stakeholders which may include document analysis, focus groups, interviews, workshops, reverse engineering, surveys, task analysis, job shadowing, and process mapping.
- Ensure stakeholders have a shared understanding of the requirements
Position Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of qualifying experience in related field
- Experience working in Adult and Family Human Services, Child Support Services and/or Child Welfare Services a plus
