Business Analyst

Position: Business Analyst Compensation: $50- $60/hour, depending on experience Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business Analyst to join their team! The Business Analyst will play a vital role in shaping business processes through insightful analysis and expert collaboration. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Subject Matter Experts to gather, document, and analyze requirements, craft project charters, define business impacts, and support project deliverables from planning to post-deployment. Your expertise will help ensure technical conformance, streamline operations, and facilitate smooth system cutovers. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to lead projects and work independently Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and process analysis Familiarity with project management and reporting tools (e.g., JIRA, Agile is a plus, but not essential) Excellent communication skills to engage with all organizational levels Nice to Have Skills & Experience Knowledge of database and reporting software such as SAP, Quorum, Crystal Ball Experience with computer modeling and statistical analysis Familiarity with system deployment and cutover activities Understanding of change management and training workflow Perks & Benefits 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary and Long-term disability insurance Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit We are Inceed, a staffing direct placement firm who believes in the possibility of something better.
